*In the Efficacy trial (N=48), PAP-treated OSA patients were administered KPAP and CPAP in random order during a split-night, in-laboratory polysomnography using a blinded crossover design. KPAP demonstrated equivalent efficacy to CPAP in reducing AHI (mean difference [95%CI]: −0.5 [−0.8, −0.2] events/h, P=0.007). Unintentional mask leak was reduced by 40% (−2.0 [−2.5, −1.4] L/min, P<0.001).
